When my form is full, the form disables but the warning message does not appear.
I just increased the number form limit because it just looks like the form is broken when there is no form warning. How do I add one?
Also, is there a way to continue to accept applicants even AFTER form limit has been reached? But give the user the warning that 'Form is Full" after they Submit?

I was not able to reproduce this issue. I cloned your form and decrease the limits to 2 only.
I got the warning message after 2 attempts.
This is the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30527541024949
Please check again on your end.

Actually, you do get the warning message at once when you get back to the form, just like if you use the link to my test form above.
It may not be applicable to put the warning message after submit since you have to give the user a successful confirmation message, which is the Thank you message.
