To my understanding, you would like to know how many times an option on a particular single choice field in the form you shared is selected.

I'm afraid that would not be possible within the form unless you count the selected option manually on the form's submissions page. Or, you can also integrate the form with Google Spreadsheet then create a formula on another sheet to calculates the total number of votes of each option in every field.

Another option that you can do is if you know, or you expect, the total number of respondents that will answer your form, you can use an Appointment Slots widget for each question. You can set the available item count for each option in the widget equal to the number of respondents you are expecting. The item count reduces every time the item is selected. You can get how many times an item is selected by subtracting the remaining item count from the total item count you initially set for that item.
