I have changed email in my profile but the forms get to previous email. Also after creating a form and inserting it as Iframe or script and then after making changes to it those changes do not take effect. Please advice.

Thank you for posting your concerns here on the forum. Upon checking, I noticed that your current and new email address is email@example.com but after checking all the forms, they all point to firstname.lastname@example.org as the recipient email address. If you want to receive emails from your primary email address please change them to email@example.com.
Your current notification settings on all forms
Here is a guide in order to change your recipient email address.
About the form not updating. Please try to clear your browser caches before viewing your forms. Sometimes it also helps to press CTRL+F5 to instruct your browser to reload the page and replace old caches with updated ones. Another workaround you can do is to change "forms.jotform.com" into "www.jotform.com". Please let us know if this works. Thanks

Hi Anton Potapenko,
If you want to change the email recipient of your forms, here are the steps.
1. Go to your MY FORMS,
2. Choose the form that you have to edit. Then click Edit Form.
3. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notifications
4. Click Reply-To and Recipient Settings
5. Edit Recipient E-mail
Also after creating a form and inserting it as Iframe or script and then after making changes to it those changes do not take effect. Please advice.
I think you have to clear your browser cache. If this not work, I think jotform support will have to clear your forms cache on their end.
I hope this helps you.
