how do i make sure pdfs downloaded from the hipaa jot forms are encrypted and secured ?

Please note that HIPAA forms are secured by default. You need to login first before you can see submissions and you need to password protect PDF submissions reports if you want to attach it to your notification/autoresponder.

Only PDF submission reports attached to the autoresponder/notification can be password protected. However, if you download submissions as PDF, there is no password protection for that.
