"Currently Unavailable"

    The form is not displaying via preview or publish. I'm getting a "This form is currently unavailable! Please check back again." message. 

    The form IS enabled.

    Apologies for any inconvenience. I am checking your form and its settings still show disabled status. Please try to enable form again, here is how: How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

    Thank you! There is also a "disable" option on the dropdown menu! Oops!
