What's the point of a screenshot???

Asked by astroibiza on February 23, 2013 at 09:06 AM

    Hi Paul,

Please share your screenshot of jotform. It would help to investigate the issue as on my desktop(IE,Firefox) your jotforms appears to be working fine.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

The form loards and appears fine in Chrome and Firefix - identical to IE.. In IE, the cursor enters each field box, but in chrome and FF the form does not respond to the cursor.  So:  I know the form works ok with IE, I have three machimes with Chrome and FF, all give the same result...

In FF the page renders ok - but just try entering data to the form...... Chrome the same.    Anyone who finds the form ok in FF or chrome,  pls send some spoof data.

    Thanks  Hedley Paul
