Please note that there are only two possibilities on why the payment ends up as incomplete payments.
a. If the user does not settle the payment. When the form is submitted, users are redirected to the PayPal checkout page. If they do not complete the payment, submission ends up as incomplete payments.
b. If user settle the payment but IPN is disabled in your PayPal account. Make sure to enable it to avoid getting such problem. Please check out our Paypal FAQ page to learn on how to enable IPN in your Paypal account http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.
Please check this page http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-SubmissionLet us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

If you have received the payment and you don't see the submissions in your form submissions page, then the submission is probably in the incomplete payments.
I checked this form https://eu.jotform.com/talnavarro/375-shekels-fb-campaign and I can see that you've marked the submissions as complete because they are now on the submissions data grid.
In order for you to receive emails notifications and for the submissions to go directly in your form submissions page, you need to ensure that your Paypal IPN is enabled in your Paypal account settings. This is necessary in order for the submissions to be completed successfully on the Jotform side. Here's a guide on how to enable IPN: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ#ipnsettings
