How do I increase my monthly form views?

Yes I do have questions how do I increase my monthly form views, I noticed one thread you have unlimited branding with adding the JotForm footer 

Please note that "JotForm Footer" option to lift form views limit is not available anymore. 

The only option available to increase form views limit is to upgrade your account to higher plan.
