My logo used to appear on PDF but not any longer

My logo used to appear on PDF but not any longer.

I went to the form builder and added the logo to the logo space it has on the top, but it does not show when we downloaded and reloaded the PDF. I know that we used to see logo appears on the PDF but not anymore. Could you please fix this problem. We do not want to customize and add logo manually every time we receive a form. There are should be some settings issue i believe. Otherwise, what for you have Add Logo Option on the form if it doesnt work properly.

To add, the logo option at the top of the form in the form builder adds the logo as part of the form's internal CSS codes. That is the reason why the PDF cannot fetch it. You have to add the logo as suggested in the first thread.
