Not able to submit embedded form, it just says please wait.

have tried it myself and husband tried it. Building the form was easy, embedding was easy, but when we test it by filling it out as a customer, it says "please wait" and goes no further (I don't get any forms by email, the "customer" never gets the "Thank You for submitting your form" page)
