    no email notification after test payment

    Hi,

    I did a full test payment on my New Customer One-Time Order form at www dot nxt day clients dot com. (Add an 'e' in 'nxt').

    Payment went through. Rec'd a notification from PayPal and all.

    But no email notification from Jotform, even though I had added that setting.

    The settings are right.

    It didn't go to Spam.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thoughts?

    Hi,

    The notification email from Paypal will be sent once the payment is processed.
    If the payment is not yet completed it will be considered as a pending submission
    and no notification email is sent.

    You can find out the pending submission in JotForm:
    1. Open the form in JotForm
    2. In the My Forms section select the form
    3. Choose 'Submission'
    4. Select Pending Submission, from here you will see the transactions which are pending
    which means that the Payment was not yet completed.

    PayPal shows payment as COMPLETED.

    It never showed up as a pending submission in Jotform. It's nowhere to be found!?

    Not cool.

    Still need help.

    p.s. I'm editing the original question. Turned up #2 on google for my webpage. Also NOT COOL!

    There is some sort of "bug" which needs to be worked out on your end (Jotform) or paypal. 

    I had 3 completed payment on Paypal.  Paypal sent me confirmation, but no notification from Jotform.  I looked at my forms & No "new" notification red flag was seen.  However when I clicked on My Forms & highlighted the form which was used, then clicked on Submissions (again no red flag for new) I was able to find the new forms there & they where not under Pending, but they where never e-mailed to me.

    Hello,

    This problem has been recently fixed.  This was caused by the code change that has been made for he recent Dropbox integration.

    You should receive your emails from now on.  Also, only emails were affected by this.

    Hope this helps.
