I sent an email last week but still cannot get this sorted as I can't use the system to build the form

We require a free job application template that is detailed to be on our web site for people to apply using the right information and certificates etc.

They have asked that it be through a third party like jotform.

If I send the form that was created in word or JPEG can it be dropped into your system or can someone create it for us

I can't get past first line on creating it

    I await your reply.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to import directly a word document form to JotForm.

If you have a word document, you can import it by first converting the word document to an HTML file, you can follow this guide: https://www.wikihow.com/Convert-a-Word-Document-to-HTML. After that, upload the HTML file on a web hosting site or a server so that it can act as a live website. You can then follow this guide on how to import HTML forms in a website: https://www.jotform.com/help/28-How-to-Clone-an-Embedded-Form-from-a-Webpage

If you wish, you can also use any of our form templates from the template gallery.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
