Unable to send emails from SMTP email?

    We recently changed email servers to office 365 and now we are not receiving the submissions.  Do I need to delete the sending email account and re-add it?

    I assume you're referring to this email:

    Please double check the SMTP settings of your email and if you used the correct one.
