Can I use a portrait image?

    Hello I uploaded a portrait image onto a Jotform but it only attaches itself in landscape form. What can I do?

    I tried to clone your form and it's working fine on my end. When I upload a picture in portrait mode, I received a submission with the same orientation.

    I suggest to ensure that the original file is in portrait mode then retry. Please advise if it still occurs so we could check further.
