An extra field appears on the published form but is not present on the form builder page

Good afternoon. I have one form that I have published & in the edit view it looks great but in the preview their is an extra field that does not show in the edit version so I am uncertain how to remove a field at the end of the form that is not visible on the edit screen?  Please advise

I have created a clone version of the only form in your account and the field you are referring to appears to be on the builder page of the clone version in my account.

With your permission, we can delete the field directly on your form. However, please see to it first that there is no submission data associated with the field that we will be deleting.
