I received notification of form being submitted but cannot see the credit card information sent in?
Also, need to understand how to fix the expired square token since I received a notification regarding this.

It it not possible to view the credit card information in your Form as payments are processed by our third party Payment Integration.
I have checked your form and it seems your Square Integration is not connected and you're using the Test mode.
If you want to have a live transaction, kindly set the mode to Live.
Kindly also try reconnecting the Integration to Square.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

Thank you. I believe I have the correct settings in place. Will those who have submitted a form need to re-enter their information in order for the credit card information to be captured? Or do I have to reach out to Square?

If you were referring to live transactions and completed payments in your payment form, you should be able to review the payment details in your Square account.
Please take note that the submission payment must be successful/completed for you to be able to review the payment details (i.e. CC, billing, etc) in your Square account dashboard.
