Will Jot create a custom form for me based on my existing form?

If I understand correctly, you wanted to create a custom form from your existing forms on the account. You can actually clone your form so that you can have another copy, and then customize it after.

We have a form that we are currently using that is not a JOT template. We
are wondering how to use the same form but make it usable with the JOT
