Hide Multiple Pages

    Hello...

    I can not get this form to work. 

    On the first page, a choice of number of classes dictates the number of class pages to fill out.

    The fifth and sixth classroom works, but the first, second, third and fourth do not follow through

    to the submit screen or the Thank you screen.

    Hi Becky!

    The reason you cannot get to the Submit button when selecting the 1, 2, 3 and 4 classes is because conditions associated with those selections also hide the Page Breaks (the Back and Next buttons) which are necessary in navigating towards the Submit button. Please unselect the page breaks as the elements to be hidden for those conditions. Additionally, you can add a note in a Text element, informing the user to keep clicking Next until they reach the Submit button. Please clone my form and use it if it fits your specifications:
