Need to Reset the Admin & Credentials on my Account

    Hi there - contacting Andrea is not an option.

    Can the form I paid her to create be copied, and then her account removed entirely from our website?  Then add my new account and paste the form back into it?

    Also, i don't want to keep paying for the account that i still have no access to.   

    How do we accomplish this all please.

    I think threads confused. I am listing your all threads here.

    To avoid confusion please try to post your answers here.

    The account "Amplifyinnovate"
    belongs to"". And you want to change its email address to any of followings.
    And you do not have access to neither "Amplifyinnovate" nor "".
    We can change the email addresses of non-HIPAA
    accounts. But, since the HIPAA compliance enabled for the account "Amplifyinnovate", we cannot change its email address.

    The 'Amplifyinnovate' account works in a HIPAA enabled mode, so we cannot just change the account email address. Also, it seems that the account in question belongs to another user.

    We would like to suggest contacting Andrea. We can escalate an inquiry to our technicians in order to move some form(s) to your own 'friedmanlawoffices' account, but we need to receive a request placed from the 'Amplifyinnovate' account.

    If you would like to remove your credit card details from the 'Amplifyinnovate' account and get a refund of the most recent payment, we can do this for you.

    I see we have escalated your request to change the access to your HIPAA account here: 

    Your email address should be updated by our back-end team and you will be notified on that thread when this is done.
