I cloned and checked your form and it was working fine. I even checked and submitted a test submission from your website where this form is embedded. It submitted fine without any error. This could be a temporary issue. Please check and let us know if you are still receiving this error.

Unfortunately, I still have this trouble. I sent messages from two
different PC and had the same mistake. It's quite weird because it has
worked absolutely correctly for rather a long period of time.

Could you let us know the type of file that you are trying to upload? Please try if it happens through its direct link: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

If it works, please try embedding the form through the Iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Also, it could be possible that the issue is happening since the form is secure, but the site where it is embedded is not, please try making your site secure(https).

Let us know if you need more help.

    1. I have tried to use the form through the Iframe method and it works
perfectly, but how you can guess, it doesn't look well without my CSS.
    2. I have read a lot of information at your source and came to think that
the reason is a conflict between Jquery and Jotform, because they work well
separately. I found a few solutions using * *and putted them in all possible places, but it
didn't help. Jquery is responsible for drop menu and I cannot do without it
    (((
    3. Pray, help me, please.

It seems like using the Iframe code is the only option to avoid the conflicts with the jQuery libraries.

You could try to customize your form's CSS directly through the Form Builderhttps://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
