How do I get a form to send to different people?

I have to build this form for our engineers to quote customers out in the field. I have the form so that they fill in the parts and price that calculated the total. But I need it then to send out to the customer and also the field engineer for his records (in the engineer field there are several engineers). Not sure if this is possible or not?

Also would be great if the customer could respond by clicking a Yes or No button to tell the engineer to proceed or to hold on, is that possible to?

    Many thanks

You may add an autoresponder in your form so that when your form user adds an email address, they will receive an auto response email when the form is submitted.

You may also create a work approval flow in which your form will send a notification to your engineers when the customer would like to proceed.
