    Dear Jotform support team,

Here you can find a form splitted in pages. If you try to compile the form and go forward to the 3rd-4th page and then try to go back to previous pages, some error appears that precludes you the possibility to go forward after going back to previous already filled pages.

    The error is this:

"There are errors on this page. Please fix them before continuing."

Can you please help me find a solution?

    Thank you very much.

We would be glad to find the cause of the issue. I have tried your form, and it lets me go back and forth between pages without any issues:

Is this happening in a specific browser? Or is there a specific selection I have to do to reproduce the issue?

I have tried both Chrome and Firefox and the problem still persists.
The issue occured when I select No in the question about the travel grant and then I click on back buttun.
We have included a condition: if someone select no he/she should jump to the page about the privacy.
But the condition does not work any longer (yesterday it did)

How we can change the buttons in English? I have tired to change the form language but they have not been changed.

    Thank you for you help!

In my case, if I selected the "no" option it is working fine. However, if I selected the "yes" option I can replicate the issue you mentioned. Could you please replace your single choice element? Please delete the current "Would you apply for the participation grant" field and then add a new one.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

You can change the language of the button in form warning settings, please refer to the guide below.

Tried again after removing and recreating the field you indicated but the problem is still there.

Thank you very much for the answer about changing language for the warnings.

    Dear Roneet,

    Thanks for your answer.

To be honest, we should have been ready with the form 2 days ago, so it's an urgent matter for us.

Do you have an estimation of the time this bug will need to be solved?

If it will take too much time, we need to find another solution as soon as possible.

    Thank you again.

I'm sorry but we are really in a hurry. Do you have an ETA now for this problem? We can't wait for too much anymore.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, this issue is still not resolved. Our developers are working on this issue and they will update you via this thread once the issue is resolved.

I made some tests and I found that the required File Upload field is causing this issue. For now, you can un-require the File Upload Filed to resolve it. You can also replicate it with any upload widgets. If you decide to replace it, please download your data first.
