Public I.P being blocked by your Firewall, will not allow our page to load fillable forms

    Hello, 


    We recently commissioned a web portal and the developer used your site to host the fillable forms on the page. The user who will be maintaining this webpage is unable to access the fillable forms and it appears the reason is because our Public I.P is blocked from using widgets.jotform.io. When visiting that page, we get an "Error 1006 'Access Denied'" message saying that the owner of widgets.jotform.io has banned our public I.P. I would love to known if there is anything i can do to resolve this issue. I'll provide more details below.

    The IP has been whitelisted.

    If you are still having issues, kindly use this link: https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and let us your public IP.

    Still having the issue, the public I.P is 71.78.17.62. I believe this is the same I.P in the original ticket I submitted, so maybe there hasn’t been enough time for the firewall to recognize the changes? I’ll wait a few minutes and let you know if we’re still unable to load resources.
