PDF Editor: How to delete form pictures from the PDF documents

I am using this to make sure my customers upload a picture of the door in question, but when I get the report, the sample pictures also show up, it could be confusing.  If the customer takes a picture, those are the ones I want to see, but if they don't take a picture, I don't want to see anything.

Customizing the PDF report is possible through the PDF editor, where you can delete the pictures, so they will no longer show up. Please follow this guide to load the PDF editor:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

There, you can click on pictures, and then click on the Trashcan icon to delete each of them:

Hi, I got that far, however I am hoping that the sample pictures I have in the form can not be published in the pdf report by default. Does that make sense?

It looks like you have managed to edit the PDF document template. It means that the new submission PDFs will be generated according to your updated template (without the sample pictures).

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
