Infusionsoft Integration: Tagging based on calculated value

    Hi - My client wants to use Jot for quizzes that scored based on pass/fail (based on % answered correctly) and then tagged in Infusionsoft based on that score.  Is that possible?  Any work around you would suggest?

    Thanks,

    This is possible if you use our calculation feature in form rather than the quiz app to calculate the passed/failed score.

    Basically, you will need to use the next feature to achieve this:

    1) Calculation in the form to calculate the score.

    How to Perform Form Calculation Using a Widget

    2) Our Infusionsoft integration.

    https://apps.jotform.com/app/infusionsoft

    3) Dynamic tagging.

    Your directions are all a bit confusing - can you boil down - so is this correct in general...
    1. You create conditional logic that calculates a score based on the number of wrong or correct answers - each q is scored either correct or incorrect.
    2. You can then set up your quiz to calculate a score - so x number of correct answers is a score of x% (so each single choice q is either correct or incorrect - they get say 8 out of 10 answers correct - so a score of 80 is calculated).
    3. That score is passed through to a custom field in Infusionsoft.
    That is what I need an answer to - then can figure out how to set up each q, etc. from your videos and articles below hopefully.
    Thx!

    The idea is to calculate the number of correct answers, and then based on that number populate the hidden 'Infusionsoft Tags' field in the form (used by dynamic tagging).

    To illustrate this, the following form is populating the Infusionsoft Tag if at least 2 out of 3 answers are correct:

    https://form.jotform.com/91546988601973

    The score is not passed to the Infusionsoft, but the tag is applied due to the configured dynamic tagging in the Infusionsoft Jotform integration.

    In the form we calculate the number of correct answers:

    Then, populate the Infusionsoft tag field with a condition.

    If you would like to calculate the % of correct answers this is possible too. However, we will not use the Quiz App in this case. The Quiz App will not help since it does not save the calculated results so it cannot be connected with the Infusionsoft.

    Well I would want to tag with tag A if they get x or more answers correct and tag b if less than c answers correct.  So does that work?

    If you don’t use the quiz app for % what do you use - you didn’t say.

    thx,

    Yes, that is possible. For example, you have 10 questions in your form. If the score is less than 5 or 50% then insert/show tag B.

    To calculate the scoring output into percentage format, you can use the formula like this:

    ((Total) / 15) * 100

    You are not using the quiz app because you are using the form calculation widget to calculate the percentage.

    The Quiz App is only accessible via this link: https://quizform.jotform.io/

    Have you used or applied the quiz app on your form before and would like to remove it?

    Also - can I import a quiz from Survey Gizmo - I found info on importing submissions but we don't need to do that - I want to save time on creating the actual quiz.  Thx,

    @Carrie,

    Quiz App is an additional feature, it can be applied to already created forms. However, you are not required to use it. You can find more information about the app in the next article:

    @Susan,

    Your question has been moved into a separate thread:

    I set up the form calculation widget but can't put in any condition that tags based on the score.  Please tell me how to do this.  Thx,
