Trying To map form to pdf for zap and docusign

The Auto upload pdf to form is great but scatters the fields when populating the form and almost makes it impossible to use. I ended up building my form (FFPS Wells 2019) connecting the docusign widget and dropping the pdf . Now i just need to map the fields to populate in the Pdf for signature. Were should I start for the form to pdf mapping? Please let me know

If I understood you correctly you would want to have all the fields transferred into a PDF file in where the user filling out the form can possibly sign the form online or download the file and sign it? If you are wishing to look at any of these options you can use the PDF Editor and manually make the form look how you would like before making the form into a PDF.
