Form submission data is not being sent to Zoho CRM lead.

    We use Zoho form integration and love it.  However, for the 2nd time since we've had the integration (4 years) the integration just stops working.  We don't realize it until we go into Zoho to change the status of a lead that has come in through Jotform and it's not there.  We get about 10 leads/day across our brand so it's super frustrating as we have to then manually enter all of the information.  Any idea why this happens?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. You have integrated your form correctly with Zoho CRM and the data should be sent without any problem. 

    Have you made any changes to your Zoho CRM lead fields? I would suggest you to please reintegrate your form with Zoho CRM and map your form fields again.

    Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.
