Submission being received multiple times

    Beginning a few weeks ago I began to notice that occasionally we would receive the same submission multiple times (anywhere from 4 times to 10 times).  This is not all submissions but it more than just one.  We have not seen this issue before and this form has been pretty static since it's inception almost 3 years ago.  

    The time stamp on the submission is the same so I know the user isn't submitting the form multiple times (it would take way too long to complete the form for the submission time to be the same.  I have also asked one of the users if they hit submit or refresh multiple times and then confirmed that they did NOT.  (They reached out because they got their confirmation email 8 times).

    I have attached a ticket to this support thread and escalate it to our developers in order to proceed with further investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for when this issue will be addressed, but we will immediately let you know if we have any updates.

    We have raised the ticket to our developers for closer checking. In the meantime, I can suggest to add a reCaptcha to form, it should prevent multiple submissions: How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field
