Change the email address where the subscription receipts are sent

    The person who was receiving our monthly receipts for Guardian Pharmacy (Casey Coppage) is no longer with the company and her email has been deleted.  Can we please have the emailed receipts be delivered to William Hogan ( moving forward?

    Please let me know ASAP if there is someone I need to speak to about this.

    Hello William,

    The subscription is paid through our payment processor Stripe. The receipts are sent to the primary email address of the account. Since your email address is also registered to your current account, you cannot change it this way. One email can only be registered to one account.

    I would suggest doing the following:

    1. Change your email address to your personal email address to free up your business email.

    2. Log in to the account hdodge, and change its email address to your business email. You should be able to do it since the email was free up.
