How can I change the name of the folder created in Google Drive?

    The folders in Google Drive aren't naming correctly.

    Hi Nick!

    I have just cloned your form and have set up Google Driver integration successfully and was able to create folders with the Company Name field data. Please re-integrate Google Drive by following this guide: How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive.
