Can I choose what Box folder my forms integrate into?

    Hi,

I recently set up a form and created a Box integration. However, the integration stored it in a random folder, which had literally 20 subfolders, and then the actual file was unreadable. Is there a way where I can choose which folder my forms integrate into? And do you know why the actual form was not readable?

Thanks in advance for your help!

PDF submission reports should be in the Main folder only and the main folder should be in the dashboard box where all the files are showing. Please try re-integrating your form to BOX and then change the file name in the integration.

And do you know why the actual form was not readable?

That looks like encrypted submission, did you enable the form encryption before? If so, then that's probably the reason why the texts are encrypted.
