While uploading picture my application is going back to the beginning.

when my client upload a picture my application is going back to the beginning. I ad try many time creating new form ad is the same.

If this is not the form, please provide us the form URL where you are facing this issue.

I've gone ahead and checked another form from your account - "Extensions Natural Beaded Rows" and it is also working fine from my end. There doesn't seem to be an issue uploading files.

Have you embedded your form on any webpage or is it a standalone form? If embedded on any webpage, please provide us the webpage URL to check.

Could you remove all the page breaks added in your form and try again and let us know if the issue is still persisting?
