Not able to access form with custom URL.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that you only have one form which is archived. Please check the screenshot below:

    Is this the form you are trying to access? I would suggest you to please unarchive your form and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    I did share a screenshot in my previous response on how to unarchive form. I have gone ahead and unarchived the only form you have in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

    The form which you have in your account does not have any custom URL configured. Please check the screenshot below:
