People are having problem submitting the form.

    I have people trying to submit a form but it isn't working. Perhaps I missed a step?

    I've tried submitting one of your form https://www.jotform.us/form/91546047417156 and was able to. I assume that the form is embedded on a site? If so, please share to use the exact form URL so we can check and test the form on your site.
