Somehow my information is wrong in my email notification. When I look at the Field Details the URL's are wrong.

I'm sorry but I do not understand what exactly is wrong. I inspected your Email Notification and I saw that it was modified. I only noticed that some fields are duplicated inside of the Notification. You can edit the Email Notification and fix it.

Or you can delete the existing Email Notification and create a new one. By default, the new Notification will have all form fields in the exact order as they are shown on the form.
