Unable to find form with submissions when I logged in to my account

    hi I logged into our account today and it says no active forms and to create one. 


    I know the form is created as I can access it but I can’t access tnor the submissions eeekk!! 


    I had 32 submissions last night and now I can’t find any of them. 


    Please help me!!

    I have checked the history page of your account and there is is no data that shows you have created a form in your NorthStarPC account.

    Perhaps your form with 32 submissions is under another account that you also own.

    Can you share with us the link to the form you are referring to, please?

    Also, if you are receiving email notifications every time the form is submitted, please let us know the email address where you are receiving the email notifications.
