Hello there
I have done a whole load of conditional logic on a form to change the email target when certain parameters are met (several hundred permutations) and was wondering if there was a shortcut to recording to whom the email is being sent in a hidden field on my form, without writing more conditional logic?

I can see that you have created over 1000 conditions in your form. If you want to send an email based on an option being chosen on the form, it can only be achieved using conditions. But if you can let us know the logic you want to implement and which fields in the form you are referring to, probably we could come out with a workaround.

Yes, there are a lot of conditions there covering all the possible permutations of country and industry.
All I want to do is record the target email in a hidden field (destination) on the form.
So, to the target email that is arrived at after the conditional logic has been performed, this must be stored somewhere so the system knows where to send the notification 1 email to?
I realise that this could again be done with conditions (change/calculate a field) but really want to avoid having to create another 1000 plus conditions manually.
Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to record to which email notification went unless you conditionally put that information in a field.

OK, what puzzles me is that the conditional logic must have already run at the time the email is sent, in order to know to whom to send it. But there is no way to retrieve that from the form?

On checking the Form, I noticed that you have a single notification that you have configured in all the conditions. The main motive of sending the emails based on some fields is that You can send a customized email to each user based on some Form fields selection. But here you are sending the same email to all the user so you can configure the email Ids in the recipient list.
NOTE: Multiple recipients are only available to paid users. There's also a limit of 10 recipients per Notification. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.
