    Hi Support!

This is Adam (digital product manager) from Red Bull.

We are facing issues with a form, integrated with Google drive for file upload:

There is no limit set for the file size, therefore we are expecting 1GB to work.

The upload is failing over anything 200 MB.

    Please help ASPA.

    Hello there!
Since the Red Bull is our enterprise user, I was not able to check your form. According to your explanation, you did not set upload file limit. You may see this kind of error if you set any limit. 15597394503b.pngI have tested our Google Drive integration with a 239MB file. The integration looks working. 15597395153a.pngWhen I test your form https://redbull.jotform.com/91494049340963 the connection is interrupting after the %15 upload completed. 15597402733c.pngI think https://redbull.jotform.com server has an issue with upload file size limit. I am reporting this issue to our backend team. They will inspect the issue deeply. We will inform you here.
And I think our developers may want to know if you received any submission with a file above 200MB.

Thanks for the addition. I have updated the ticket. I forgot to mention that, you can upload 1GB files at once if you do not set a file size limit or not enabled multiple uploads.

    Hey Adam,

It was limited by our WAF and files bigger than 100MB is allowed on your server right now.

    Thank you!
