I want to use one form for three separate awards applications

    Hello,

My company are organising three separate awards nights based on regions.

The hope would be that we can use one form for all three with the first question being one that can filter the entries.

I want to know if this is possible - I intend to upgrade to a Bronze or Silver plan based on whether or not this is possible

We can use conditions to filer an entry.

Can you please explain further what question would you like to filter?

Would you like to know the Geographic location of your form user?

We will wait for your response.

Thanks for your reply - I will give you an example

Q 1 - Which region are you entering for?

There should be a drop down menu with three possible answers

Q 2 - Which category are you entering for?

There should be a drop down menu with 10/11 possible answers

I would like to be able to filter the entries based on the opening two questions - is that possible? I'm assuming it is?

To clarify, do you want to filter the submission data of both questions?

Do you want to separate the submission data?

Can you please explain further how you want to filter the questions?

Do you want to send an autoresponder based on the two questions?

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hi Richie,

Yes I would like to filter the submission data of both questions.

To give it more context this is how I hope it would function.

Q 1 - Which region are you entering for?

Three answers - North Cork, West Cork, East Cork

Q 2 - Which category are you entering?

10/11 answers - some examples (best food business, best hotel, best marketing strategy)

There would then be further generic boxes to fill like 'Why should you win this award' 'Email address' etc

The most important filtering would be in relation to Q1 as these are three separate events.

    Am I making sense?

    Good day,

Is your form already created so we could check it?

To filter submissions, I can suggest to try our Inbox, it allows to apply filters: https://www.jotform.com/blog/organize-form-submissions-with-jotform-inbox/
