    Jotform avatar does not show up in forums

    I've selected/created a new jotform avatar. It's a pretty rooster. But when I participate in forums I just get the standard ugly avatar from jotform (sorry they really are ugly). Can we fix that? I know it's trivial, but still...

    Hi,

    When was the last time you've change your Avatar? I have mine take up to 24 hours to change from this forum. Please kindly wait for the same mention hours and get back to us for results.

    Furthermore, I have this thread forwarded to our Level 2 Support for further checking. We'll let you know once we come up with any updates from them.

    We uses www.gravatar.com in forum's avatar however our development team are planning to fix the gravatar to sync properly in the forum when "upload avatar" is used. You will see the changes sometime soon. We'll update you on this thread as well.

    We will try to fix this problem. But for now, can you please try it again. Upload something and then check if its going to reflect onto the forum. Report back if it isn't.

    @bigday 

    It was fixed for awhile ago but as far as I know I've only seen one issue happen again with this problem that I think has been corrected already. May I ask where you are seeing this problem happen again now? If it's still an issue can you please open it up via a New Thread with details about the problem.

    To be clear, this is a trivial bug, so I don't really care. I've had other bugs that I uncovered and the jotform crew has immediately fixed them, so I'm quite pleased with the tech support response overall. But this has never worked for me, even now.

    Really though, I kind of don't care about this one.
