I have an email alert set up to be notified when my form is submitted. Today, I had 6 people register, and I received no emails! I need these notifications.

Do you see those submissions on your submissions page? If yes, I can see two reasons as why you're not receiving submissions.
* Junk Filter
Please check your Junk folder for the said emails. In the past, we've had problems with email providers classifying emails coming from our servers as junk mails.
* Notification Setup
Your notification alert might not be set up properly. Take a look at it again and see if the Reply-to and Recipient Details are properly filled. After checking, you can Test Email to make sure notifications work.

The submissions are on the submissions page, there is nothing in my junk folder (I had received many submissions via email until Monday night), and I did test my notification and the test email came through!
Any other possibilities?

If it is, I can see that you have a paypal payment field. Have you checked your paypal account and see if those 6 people who registered have completed their payments?
When your customers fill out your form and submit, they will be sent to Paypal's payment form to have the payment completed. If they choose not to go through with the payment or they simple close the transaction window, no information will be sent from Paypal to our servers, thus, the notification email does not trigger.

We've received their payments (email notification from paypal). They aren't marked 'pending', they're proper submissions.

I have had the same problem today. 3 people paid thru payapl but no notification from jotform, only from paypal.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you guys but this is obviously a bug either on Paypal's end or ours. We will have our developers take look into this.

Yes, it is already fixed. We do send email alerts for completed Payment Submissions.
