Problem about setting multiple conditions to show/hide different questions.

Asked by bsbboy on February 24, 2013 at 09:02 PM

    Hi there

I upload my basic form questions images below.

    Here is my question

I set those questions and some of them are just different between required and not required.

Here I got 7 different question types and I set 7 conditions for each one to show different question.

First I set the condition when question type is empty and the form will shows basic User information questions, and then no matter what I set other 6 or 7 or even 1 condition, it just wont shows correct qestions I want.

So I delete those other conditions and keep the first one I set, then I found the basic user information will lost if I choose any kind of question type.

    Here is my form http://form.jotform.me/form/30028111834442?

    Please give me some helps.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

Your form conditions are working fine on my end. This is how it looks when I first load your form here.

And when I started to select options under Question Type field, it displays the hidden fields. Is that correct? Here's also a good way of showing/hiding group fields using Form Collapse tool. How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry. Check this guide, I think this would lessen your form conditions. Thank you!
