    Emails not being received

    Today I have had two frantic phone calls from prospective guests who have tried to book accommodation through your forms on our website.  They have been upset because I had not replied to them.  This is because I have not received their forms. These forms have only been on the site for a few of days. 

    I have set up the email alerts as suggested by you to prevent this happening - jotform etc.  and have tested them on most broswers which appear to work OK from here and your test email.  However I am not receiving the submissions. This cannot go on as I am loosing bookings.  Your help would be most appreciated.

    One is a booking form the other enquiry form. 

     

    As an after thought IE8 freezes when connecting to your site, I have to go through Chrome to log in.

    Hi,

    Our system is working fine and stable so you should be able to connect to our website using any browsers. Would suggest to clear your IE8 browser's cache, reset its settings if needed and recheck the page.

    Regarding on the email notification, I have check the mail logs here and I found no problem with it. According to the logs, all email notifications was successfully delivered to your email address. Here are the latest logs which was recorded by our system.

    The messages should be on your email inbox or it might land on your spam folder. Did  you check all your email folders? Would suggest to check everything on your side, check your spam filter if you had.
