We do have widgets that could get your form user's location.

You may try these following widgets:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/geolocation

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gps_location

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/show_map_location

If you want to get the IP address, country and other location information you may check the visitor location widget

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_visitor_location

    Hope this information helps.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

I would recommend you to check that your API key has been correctly entered and make sure that there are not any spaces at the beginning or at end of the string. You can check this on the widget settings.

I would also recommend you to double check your account and make sure that there are not restrictions. If you are under an organization account you may check with the administrator and confirm there are not restrictions on this either. You may also check your current Google account usage and see if you have exceeded your allowed quota for your API key.

It looks like the problem is with your google map API key. To get the correct Gmap API key, please follow this video/tutorial: Click to see Video!

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
