Billing Concern: Automatic Upgrade

    Hello,

     

    My account has been upgraded again this month. However, I had not ordered for it. i request you to cancel such automatic upgradation henceforth.

    Hi Sowmya,

    Your subscription is now cancelled, your account will remain Premium until March 26, 2013. You won't be charge again after this period.
