Client is unable to open uploaded file

    I set the form to email the entries to my client directly, but she says she is not able to open the attached JPG images that come with the submission. Is there a way that my client can open the attached files with the form she is receiving? Without me having to send them separately.

    Your client is not able to open the attached files in the email submission because, in your account settings, the following selected options are checked. Due to this, your client will need to log in to JotForm to view the uploaded files. Uncheck these options to allow your client to view the files.
