PDF import: it says that it is not a fillable form when trying to import my pdf.

I can't upload my fillable pdf to jotform. I tried to make a jpeg of it, but it was too large. The error says it is not a fillable form, but it is.

Please share to us the PDF document you are trying to upload. You can upload it to your Google Drive or any 3rd party apps like Dropbox etc.. then share to us the link and we'll try it from our end.

Also, please confirm that you are following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/548-How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm when importing your PDF document?
