I tested your form on my end using firefox, opera, and google chrome browser. However, I was not able to replicate the issue just like in your screenshot. Kindly check my screenshot below.

Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies. That may work, you can also try using a different browser to test your form as I did on my end.

By the way, the field you have shown in your screenshot is not a "Field Confirmation" widget. I made a demo form with field confirmation widget in it, can you please check it?

    Here's the demo form: https://form.jotform.com/91562668640969

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for the speedy response!

I had removed the widget and created a clumsy three field workaround.

So i have added the widget back in (TEST - Your social security number). It worked on Safari but not on Chrome. It also worked on my ipad. So either it is a chrome issue or a cache issue. Can you test it again and confirm it is all working from your end?

    Thanks!

You are right, there is a problem for Field Confirmation widget in Chrome browser. I can only partially replicate a problem with fresh form, but on a cloned form widget is not displayed correctly. I will report this to tour developers and once this is fixed, we will inform you via this thread.

Your second question was moved as separate thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1848164

Hi - do you have a sense of when this will be fixed? This is a critical widget for our form.

    Thanks!
