Queries regarding the Fillable PDF Form

I have a client who is interested in adding several PDF forms on their website with editable fields in them such as name, address, etc. that the customer would fill in and submit the information to the client through the website. Each form will be assigned a fixed price. Initially the client wanted the payments to run through their WooCommerce store but I stumbled across your website and thought your service could be a potential solution for this scenario. I believe the client already has the forms created in Word document format. Would we need to re-create each form in JotForm and be able to assign a price to each one that a user would be able to fill out and pay for? If so, can that data entered be saved as a PDF document and how would we be able to link to those forms from the client's website? Thank you.

As to your inquiry, it is possible to create fillable PDF Forms using the new PDF editor.

You can publish the PDF form on the website just like how the regular web forms does.

Unfortunately if the form you wanted to import is in Word document format, there is no tool for that yet. The PDF editor can only import PDF document type.

You will need to recreate the Word document form using the PDF editor to create the PDF form version instead.

Minnesota. For example, if someone wants to register an assumed name
with the state, they fill out the "fillable" form on the client's
website and pay the assigned amount associated with that form through
the website. Is the payment option included in the embed code and does
the user get redirected to your site to make the payment?

Yes, you can import the PDF file to create the Fillable PDF Form.

Do you want  to add calculation logic to your Forms? Unfortunately, it is not yet available to the Fillable Form. It is available in the online form as of now.

On submission of the Form, the data is stored in the JotForm servers. If you want to send the PDF report to the users after submissions then you would have to configure in the Autoresponse email settings.

No, we do not need to add calculation logic to the forms but we do need
to assign a price to each form. For example, Form A = $50.00; Form B =
$75, etc...
And it looks like if the client already has the forms in PDF format but
they are not "fillable", we would need to re-do them in JotForm anyway
based on the link you sent to me.
We would want this to be linked to the payment processing so when the
user is finished filling out the form, they would click on the payment
button to process/submit the form to my client.

Unfortunately, payment fields cannot be integrated with the Fillable PDF Form. If you want to integrate the payment field then you have to use our online Forms.

You can build an online Form and embed it in your website.

I have also tried to import the PDF but since it is not a fillable one so it cannot be imported either. You have to go to the PDF-editor and build the Fillable Form manually.
