We are unable to login to our clients account and our forms are disabled.

    We have created 3 forms on using jot forms account. We are getting this kind of error message http://prntscr.com/nyelop, also when I try to log in to the account it says log in suspended.  http://prntscr.com/nyemvb 

    Is it something going wrong from your end? Please help us to resolve this issue. 

    Given are the 3 forms we create on Jot form.

    I did check your account "crazyskates" and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing activity because of credit card related field you have added.

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update.

    This form http://www.jotform.me/form/91552558701459 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.


    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms. You still won't ` be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We’ve removed the offending fields on your form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
